We take pleasure to introduce ourselves as India� oldest manufacturers of various types of Crimped & Texturized Stretch yarns.
Our company has been manufacturing quality stretch yarns since 1964 in India through approved manufacturing processes based on established global standards. Our range of synthetic yarns comprise of:
1) Nylon Crimped Stretch Yarns, Brand Name SUNLON in Semi-Dull in Deniers 70, 111, 220 in single and double ply in raw white and dyed shades.
2) Polyester Crimped High-Bulk Stretch Yarns, Brand Name STARLON in Semi Dull in Deniers 75 & 110 in single and double ply in raw white and dyed shades.
3) Polyester Customized Crimped Texturized Yarns, Brand Name CRIMPLENE in Semi Dull in Deniers 160 in single and double ply in raw white and dyed shades.
4) Polyester x Polyester or Nylon x Nylon M�ange two-toned dyed yarns shades, brand name WINLON in Semi Dull in deniers 75/2, 110/2, 160/2.
5) Polyester and Nylon Dyed Yarns in Bright Fluorescent colours, Brand Name STARGLOW in deniers 70, 110 and 160 in single and two ply.
6) Polyester Dyed Yarn for Sewing Thread & Stitching application in Dyed Colours Brand Name MAXLON in Semi Dull in deniers 110/2 and 160/2 with a twist between 150-250 tpm.
The specialty and USP of our yarns is that they are all STABILISED and the products manufactured therefore, have controllable and predictable shrink levels in downstream processing. There is therefore negligible shrinkage in the final product.
We also offer besides twisted yarns, other kinds of Intermingled, Rotoset Yarns with light, medium and heavy intermingling.
We also have the OEKOTEX Standard 100 Certification for Yarns which is an internationally recognized certificate of textile quality and standards.
